France: is about $8 bn - should be $9 bn

United Kingdom: is  about $8 bn should be $10 bn

Australia Canada & Spain need to double their aid 

Germany: is about $7 bn - should be about $13 bn

Italy: is  about $3 bn - should be about $8 bn

Japan: is about $9 bn - should be $23 bn 

USA: is about $18 bn - should be about $54 bn

Thus it can be seen that a few big countries would account for 90% of the increase.
