Germany: currently giving about $7 bn - should be c $13 bn

Italy: currently giving about $3 bn - should be about $8 bn

Japan: currently giving about $9 bn - should be $23 bn 

USA: currently giving about $18 bn - should be about $54 bn

Of the total $75 bn extra needed in foreign aid

- 51% ($38 bn) would be due from USA

- 18% ($13 bn) would be due from Japan

- 20% ($15 bn) would be due from Germany, France, Italy and the UK.
